eQ Plc is a member of Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA). FVCA has provided recommendations for transparency and disclosure in venture capital and private equity industry. eQ complies these
recommendations on its web-pages.
eQ determines the valuations of its target funds based on International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines or other guideline recommended by Invest Europe and complies the Investor
