Advium acted as the seller's advisor when eQ Commercial Properties sold the Bredis retail park in Laajalahti, Espoo to Swiss Life Asset Managers.

Bredis was completed in phases between 2018 – 2021 and has 23,000 sqm of lettable area. The property hosts several household names, including Puuilo, Rusta and Lidl.
